REGISTER_PROPAGATOR Procedure

This procedure registers the specified user as the propagator for the local database. It also grants the following privileges to the specified user (so that the user can create wrappers):

CREATE SESSION
CREATE PROCEDURE
CREATE DATABASE LINK
EXECUTE ANY PROCEDURE

Syntax

DBMS_DEFER_SYS.REGISTER_PROPAGATOR (
   username  IN  VARCHAR2);

username	Name of the user.
